Shawn Smith is chairman and CEO of Dedicated Financial GBC located in Shoreview Minnesota. When Shawn founded Dedicated in 2015, his vision was to create a new kind of commercial loan portfolio management company, combining both a new model of connecting on a personal level with those in financial trouble and a new corporate philanthropy model.

JR Nguyen, husband and father of three, is the Founder and President of JRL Logistics, Inc. JR is a successful entrepreneur running a multistate logistics company partnering with industry giant FedEx. Facing adversity from a young age, JR’s diverse upbringing motivated him to work hard and stay focused.

An Ohio native and proud Tiffin University 4-year alumni athlete, JR received his B.S. 2004年市场营销.
